Mauren blends classic serif structure with calligraphic stroke qualities, producing a typeface that works at light weights for short text and at heavier weights for headlines and display use. The family runs from Thin to Black, each with a matching italic, and includes a broad OpenType feature set covering ligatures, oldstyle figures, fractions and localised forms. Coverage extends to Western European, Central and Eastern European, Baltic, Turkish and Romanian scripts.
