sans-serifhumanist sanscondenseditalic
Rival Sans specimen from MoTyFo

A 32-style humanist sans-serif with ten-degree angled terminals and open, script-influenced forms, covering over 200 languages and pairing with companion serif and slab families.

About

Angled terminals and sharp upward cuts on letters such as 'l', 'b' and 'd' lend the design a contemporary edge, while open counters and softly rounded curves borrow from handwritten script to keep the texture warm. Italic styles are treated as fully independent cuts with a calligraphic character rather than sloped versions of the roman. A Narrow variant and over 2,500 kerning pairs make it suitable for dense editorial layouts as well as headline work.

Classification

A humanist sans-serif with angled terminals and open forms drawn from handwritten script, giving it warmth and organic character despite its contemporary structure.
