Quiza Pro specimen from Mint Type

A geometric display sans built around a rounded diamond dot, with diagonal cuts, occasional ascender serifs and a low x-height suited to branding and packaging work.

About

The family's defining motif is a peculiar rounded diamond dot shape, which propagates into diagonal stroke cuts and selective serifs on ascenders and capitals, giving the design a consistent internal logic. Eight weights with matching italics cover Latin and major Cyrillic languages, and an extensive OpenType feature set includes six sets of digits, small caps, three stylistic sets and all-cap punctuation. The low x-height limits its comfort at small text sizes but reinforces its character in identity and editorial display contexts.

Classification

A geometric sans-serif with display characteristics, built around a distinctive rounded diamond dot form. The low x-height, occasional serifs on ascenders and diagonal cuts push it firmly into display territory despite its paragraph-setting capability.
