MegaMegaTypeType
A refined flared serif with calligraphic contrast and a taste for ligatures.
About
Contour Sans has a light, pen-led stroke that swells into small flared serifs. The st ligature and the binocular g show a designer enjoying the details. The name says sans, the drawing says humanist serif.
Classification
Despite the name, the strokes flare into small wedge serifs and carry calligraphic contrast, so it sits with the humanist and flared serifs rather than the sans faces.
