Angled stem endings and oblique stress in curved shapes give Provan a warmth uncommon in the sans-serif genre, traceable to calligraphic and incised-letter sources. The family extends across Provan, Provan Formal and Provan Inline, with the standard and Formal cuts each running from Thin to Black with italics throughout. OpenType features include swash capitals, small capitals, old-style figures and special Celtic capital alternates.
