LDN Sloane Square specimen from London Type Foundry

A modular display typeface built on a strict grid system, where every capital occupies a square cell and a monospaced lowercase set ensures uniform character widths across four weights.

About

Designed by Paul Harpin as the sibling to LDN Golden Square, Sloane Square shares the same grid-based copy-fitting logic but adds overshoots, squarer Os and a full monospaced lowercase. Each character aligns within a fixed square, making headline setting predictable and consistent. Available in four weights from Thin to Bold.

Classification

A modular display face built on a grid system where every capital sits within a square, enabling precise headline copy fitting. The monospaced lowercase and squarer Os distinguish it from its sibling family, placing it firmly in the geometric display category.
