Drawing on the tradition of English copperplate calligraphy and the work of lettering artists Harpin encountered during his career in magazine publishing, LDN Clerkenwell Script aims to fill a gap he felt existing script typefaces left open. The family includes a wealth of flourished alternate characters designed to project a ceremonial formality suitable for invitations and formal settings. A bold cut was added late in development, giving the family two contrasting weights.
