Stonegate
Letterhead Fonts · Patrick Kalange, Chuck Davis, Rich Marazsky

A three-layer decorative display family with chiselled letterforms drawn from early 1900s Americana lettering traditions, designed to be stacked for a dimensional inset effect.
About
The three fonts – Base, Inset and Shadow – are built to overlay one another, producing a carved, dimensional appearance suited to heritage and period-themed work. The letterforms draw on the Ames Compendium style of early twentieth-century hand lettering, giving them a rugged Americana character that extends beyond purely medieval or pirate contexts. Alternates are included for each layer to add variety across compositions.
