Named after Howard Dixon, the sign painter who took Jeff Marshall on as an apprentice, this is the third typeface Marshall has produced for Letterhead Fonts. Its upright posture distinguishes it from conventional slanted scripts, and the extensive glyph set — including special ending characters — gives it flexibility for headline and display work rooted in hand-crafted lettering.
