Ascribe draws on the visual language of ancient sacred writings to produce a calligraphic face suited to scroll text, decorative headings and themed design work. The letterforms are balanced enough for short blocks of copy while retaining an ornate, old-world character. The set includes Regular and Distressed cuts alongside bonus alternates, accessible via OpenType in both versions.
