Assemblage
Latinotype · Bruno Jara, Alfonso García, Luciano Vergara, Daniel Hernández · 2016

A six-weight sans-serif drawn from Roman square capitals, with an italic informed by Elzeverian and Dutch Baroque models, plus dingbats and ornament sets designed for packaging.
About
Designed for wine labelling and general packaging, Assemblage pairs a 979-character sans in six weights with an italic carrying strong decorative features including swashes and ending alternates. The family includes ligatures, small caps and three sets of ornamental small caps, with the italic contributing 620 characters of its own. OpenType features extend to semi-oldstyle figures, alternates and support for 212 languages.
Classification
Rooted in Roman square capitals, Assemblage is a sans-serif with humanist proportions. Its italic draws from Elzeverian and Dutch Baroque models, giving it an unusual warmth for a sans family.
