Sarabun Mai reinterprets the traditional Sarabun typeface used in Thai government correspondence, rebuilding its letterform structure from scratch across four weights with matching italics. The family supports Latin 1, Latin 2, Vietnamese and Thai scripts, making it suitable for multilingual publishing. It received recognition at the Granshan Type Design Competition 2014 in the Non-Latin category.
