Inspired by a wordmark in a Space Cowboy pop-up book, Popup balances a deliberately juvenile character with a considered feature set that includes contextual alternates, discretionary ligatures, small caps and old-style numbers. Its single Regular weight is intended to function at display scale but holds up reasonably well as body text where sizes allow for its informal proportions. Released in October 2019 with Latin Extended coverage and web font files included at point of purchase.
