Blue Goblet Drawn
Insignedesign · Cory Godbey, Jeremy Dooley

A hand-drawn display family by Cory Godbey and Jeremy Dooley, offered in three weights and three widths with italics, plus over 370 illustrated ornaments.
About
Part of the Blue Goblet series, this family brings Godbey's illustrative hand directly into the type, with auto-replacing ligatures, swash alternates, old style figures and small caps accessible through OpenType. Eighteen pro fonts span compact thin cuts through to a heftier regular, all designed to bounce across the baseline for a deliberately unruly charm. The accompanying ornament sets – doodle frames, florals and text ornaments – allow it to function as a self-contained type system for packaging, children's publishing and similar applications.
Classification
A hand-lettered display typeface with an organic, whimsical character. Its dancing baseline, swash alternates and illustrated ornaments place it firmly in the decorative/display category rather than any conventional text classification.
