About
Satya Rajpurohit's ITF Devanagari draws on classical calligraphic proportions and high stroke contrast to serve the strict legibility requirements of newspaper, magazine and book typography. Each of the five weights carries 847 glyphs, including the full range of conjuncts and ligatures required by Hindi, Marathi and Nepali. The family was optimised specifically for small-size performance, making it equally viable for body text and headline use.
