About
Lygia emerged from Flavia Zimbardi's degree project at Type@Cooper, pulling references from Robert Granjon's sixteenth-century letterforms through to W.A. Dwiggins' geometric sensibility. Eight styles plus a variable font cover Hairline to Black, and it earned a TDC Certificate of Typographic Excellence in 2018.
