A free, serifed pixel face on four variable axes, made for pulling apart.
About
Péix takes the pixel font and gives it serifs and a narrow body, so it reads more like a bookish condensed face built from squares. Four axes, round, black, long and void, push it from crisp bitmap to blobby, stretched or hollow. A big set of icons, framed numerals and ligatures makes it good fun for posters and experiments.
Classification
Condensed pixel face with serifs, variable on four axes (round, black, long and void), 10+ named styles and 470+ glyphs including icons, circled and squared numerals and ligatures. Began as a master's diploma project. Free on the foundry's Gumroad.
