The family is structured as a system of overlapping layers: a base face, six line-fill variants (Lines 10 through 80), shadow counterparts at the same densities, and a set of knockout variants for corners and edges. This layering approach allows typographers to composite the crackled texture in controlled increments. At its core the design exploits the visual language of aged, fractured surfaces, giving display text a deliberately weathered quality.
