New Eddy pairs exaggerated, tapering strokes with high-waisted capitals and pronounced serifs, deliberately flirting with caricature while retaining stability at scale. The visual rhythm emerges from the contrast between notably wide rounded letterforms and narrower ones, producing a distinctive typographic texture in composed text. Certain characters – B, R, P and E among them – carry construction logic reminiscent of Art Deco typefaces.
