Birra Bruin reinterprets blackletter's old-world associations for an Oud Bruin style beer, straightening the traditional broken forms for a more contemporary structure. It was one style in a larger collaborative project where several designers each contributed a weight tied to a different beer colour, and it ships free through Darden Studio.
