Walter
Canada Type · Walter MacKay

A revival of Walter MacKay's 1952 Heritage typeface for ATF, rendered as clean, free-flowing chancery calligraphy suited to both large display and smaller decorative text uses.
About
Walter is based on a subdued, traditional letterform structure that retains legibility at relatively small sizes whilst remaining expressive enough for posters and packaging. The font ships with 430 glyphs, a broad range of Latin-based language support, and a selection of alternates and ligatures. Its conservative character makes it suitable for personalized correspondence and typographic quotables.
Classification
