About
Messenger Pro draws on Markus Low's Markus Roman and Ingrid, originally separate film-era faces from the mid-1970s that shared enough formal DNA to function as a roman and italic pair. Both designs were reworked toward the more purely calligraphic model of Ingrid. The font includes stylistic alternates, automatic f-ligatures, class-based kerning and support for a wide range of Latin languages.
