A cleaned-up digital retooling of two early 1970s film faces that mixes wood type structure with art nouveau styling.
About
The source faces, Harem and Margit, were used widely on record sleeves and music posters during the 1970s and early 1980s but carried enough quirks and irregularities to limit their practical use. This digital version corrects those issues while preserving the distinctive blend of wood type weight and art nouveau decoration. The face is attributed by Phil Martin to work done for Playboy magazine, though that claim cannot be verified.
