The source material is an inscription bearing the name of the firm 'Truillet et Fils' carved into a mausoleum in Hermalle-sous-Argenteau, Belgium. Ramiro Espinoza analysed the proportions and modular construction of the original lettering, refining the geometry and expanding the character set while preserving the crisp, technical quality of the carved forms. The result suits branding, signage, posters and editorial work with an architectural or industrial character.
