About
Espinoza studied Bakker's original letterforms created for the Nederlandschen Protestanten Bond and translated their angular geometry, strong stroke contrast and dynamic rhythm into a consistent digital typeface. Rather than a literal reproduction, the design expands the character set and improves formal consistency while preserving the tension of the Expressionist source. It suits posters, editorial work and branding projects that require an unconventional, assertive typographic presence.
