About
Espinoza based the design on the Thalia pharmacy sign from Thaliastraße in Vienna, a piece of commercial lettering removed in 2013 and now held at the MAK Design Laboratory. The typeface preserves the sign's rigid geometry and minimal detail, translating a one-off piece of urban lettering into a complete digital font. With just one style, it suits settings where confident, restrained display typography is needed: signage, posters, packaging and branding.
