Each of the three weights – Light, Medium and Bold – carries a full suite of OpenType features including small caps, oldstyle and lining figures in both proportional and tabular variants, ligatures, superiors, inferiors, unlimited fractions and ordinals. The slightly bulging terminals reflect the original drawing tool Preston used, giving the family an organic quality without sacrificing legibility. Coverage extends across western European languages.

Based directly on the handwriting of its creator Roy Preston, RoyHand Pro is a casual handwriting script with a gentle italic angle and slightly bulging terminals characteristic of the original hand tool used.
