A rounded condensed grotesque with backslanted swash capitals from the 1890s.
About
Racquet revives the soft, narrow round grotesques of 19th-century Europe and adds a rare backslanted style with swash capitals. It reads as both sporty and old-fashioned. Version 0.2 has five weights in upright, slanted and backslanted styles, with a width axis to come.
Classification
A rounded condensed sans built from late-1800s European types: Schmale runde Grotesk for the upright, Propaganda and Helvetia for the backslanted style and swash capitals.
