MegaMegaTypeType
A free modular type kit of four ready-made faces plus BUILD fonts for assembling your own letters and ornaments.
About
Nepos is built from a small set of repeating modules, in the manner of the lead Negativ+Positiv types Dresden Schriftguss sold in the early 1930s. Four finished styles come ready to set, and the BUILD fonts let you stack shapes on separate layers for colour and overprint effects. Everything is free for private and commercial work under the astype EULA.
Classification
Letters assembled from a small kit of geometric modules, so the shapes come before the letters. Display rather than sans, because the construction is the point.
